Job Descriptions

  • Responsible for effectively handling customer objections/queries, and meeting conversion.
  • Understanding the customer&requirements and assist them
  • Managing the call through, creating empathy with the customer and building the customer&confidence
  • Process emails/chats/cases; work on ad-hoc projects as instructed by Team Leaders

Competency Requirements

  • Good communication skills in English (both verbal and written)
  • Basic knowledge of computers, internet & online shopping
  • Willingness to work in 24 x 7 work environment
