- Responsible for effectively handling customer objections/queries, and meeting conversion.
- Understanding the customer&requirements and assist them
- Managing the call through, creating empathy with the customer and building the customer&confidence
- Process emails/chats/cases; work on ad-hoc projects as instructed by Team Leaders
Competency Requirements
- Good communication skills in English (both verbal and written)
- Basic knowledge of computers, internet & online shopping
- Willingness to work in 24 x 7 work environment
